Company information and privacy

Who runs this site, what it collects about you, and how client data is handled.

This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. As with any website, the server hosting it may keep standard request logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for a short period for security purposes.

If you contact me

When you email me, I keep your message and contact details in order to reply, and as part of normal business records. I don't share them with anyone else, and I never sell or use them for marketing.

Client data

Client work is carried out in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Where I manage systems that hold your personal data, I act on your instructions and only as far as the work requires.

Client systems are hosted on dedicated servers in the UK, separate from other clients.
Access is kept to the minimum necessary and treated as confidential.
If I become aware of a security incident affecting your data, I tell you without undue delay.
When an engagement ends, data is returned to you and then securely deleted from anything I control.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information I hold about you by emailing info@servelogic.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in anything I run, please email info@servelogic.co.uk with the details. Reports are taken seriously and acknowledged promptly.
